世界奧林匹克機械人競賽(World Robot Olympiad)是一個包含科學，科技 及教育的國際活動。旨在提供了一個良好的平台，透過比賽的 形式讓世界各地的青少年展示他們的創意，機械人技術及問題解決能力每一名教練及三名學生將可組成一個隊伍，代表你們的學校 參與這個比賽。參賽者需要創造，設計及搭建一個像人類運動員般的機械人 ，參與由初賽至決賽的不同挑戰。

　　The World Robot Olympiad(WRO) is an event for science, technology and education which brings together the young people all over the world to develop their creativity and problem solving skills through challenging and educational robotics competitions. Schools are invited to enter a team of three students to participate in this competition. Participating teams need to create, design and build a robot models that look s or behave like a human athlete. The competition starts from preliminary to the final judging.
